Working as a patient coordinator at Main Street Dental, Leah also received her certification in dental assisting from Vancouver Community College. She chose a career in dentistry because she always had a passion for oral health promotion and creating beautiful smiles. She assists chairside occasionally as a CDA but finds true fulfillment working in the administrative aspect. She was born and raised in Whistler, BC and still tries to get up there as often as she can. She loves the mountains, especially the snow! In her free time, she plays with her pets, goes for walks in the forest, and enjoys good food, movies and theatre.

Certified Dental Assistant

Connie is a certified dental assistant (CDA) at Main Street Dental. Originally from Winnipeg, she moved to Vancouver five years ago because she fell in love with Vancouver for its diversity of cultures and the stunning natural beauty. Creating a trusting and caring relationship with each one of our patients is one of her main goals as a CDA. She finds it very rewarding when she watches the progression of our patients’ oral health and empowers them to take active ownership of their own health. Some of her focus in clinical dentistry involve assisting in oral surgery as well as dental laser and orthodontic treatment. Aside from dentistry, she enjoys cooking, baking, knitting, and travelling around the world.
